Let's Talk Menopause with Catherine O'Keeffe - A Healthy Ireland at Your Library Event

Menopause experiences vary for each individual, but support is crucial. 

Catherine O’Keeffe, Ireland's first menopause coach and founder of Wellness Warrior, provides guidance on managing symptoms, HRT, alternatives, and workplace negotiations. She assists women through perimenopause and helps organisations develop effective menopause strategies.

These talks by Catherine will address topics such as:

  • Gaining control of physical, mental and emotional symptoms.
  • Assessing the pros and cons of HRT and alternative therapies.
  • How to negotiate the menopause and perimenopause in the workplace.
  • Which supplements are best for you.
  • How nutrition and exercise can help

More about Catherine:

Catherine O'Keeffe is the founder of the Menopause Success Summit, Ireland’s first national menopause-focused summit. She is the Irish representative for the Daisy Network, a support network for younger women diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI), a very early form of menopause. 

She has promoted menopause awareness through talks at Royal Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, Savour Kilkenny, national events and is regularly featured in the media.

She is author of the bestselling book ‘All You Need To Know About Menopause’, which gives key information to support women on their menopause journey.

Catherine is an affiliated member of the British Menopause Society.
