Summer Stars 2025: Paint a piggy bank

Join us for a creative workshop where children will design their very own ceramic piggy bank. We provide all the paint, tools, and expert guidance needed to teach them the best tips and techniques for crafting their own masterpiece. Once completed, each piggy bank will be glazed, fired, and ready to collect from the library within 10 days.

Suitable for children aged 7+ 

Booking is essential.

This event is part of our Summer Stars Reading Programme and there is a limit of 2 workshops per child.

Event participants need to be members of the library and signed up to Summer Stars. If you are not a member of the library but would like you join we can sign you up on the day of the event.
