The above named Compulsory Purchase Order which was confirmed by Meath County Council on 17th day of February 2022 has now become operative and Meath County Council (hereunder called” the Council”) have decided to acquire the land to which the said Order relates, of which you are an owner, occupier or lessee (hereunder called “the Land”) and has served a Notice to Treat, dated 26th April 2022 on you for the purposes of your severed estates and interest in the land.

NOW TAKE NOTICE that the Council proposes on 26th day of May 2022 or at the earliest opportunity thereafter to enter on, take possession of and use part of the land as authorised to be acquired by the said Order and which is specified below for the purpose of carrying out work thereon in accordance with the said order.
