Home is Where the Heart is - A docu-series

This series of films, made just out of lockdown, is making its public premiere over the next three weeks on RTE Culture. The docu-series toured the national and international film festival circuits and won best director at Dublin Indie festival. The films document the traditional music sessions in rural pubs in the heartlands of County Meath. They follow the musicians that sit to play for each other and the community each night, the barmen and women that hear the highs and woes of their local patrons and the storytellers who use the barstool as their pulpit. Home is where the Hearth is. - Berminghams is out now!
