Cruinniú na nÓg 2025 - Clay Sculpting Workshops

Join local ceramic artist Naomi Boylan for a fun, hands-on sculpture workshop celebrating Cruinniú na nÓg!  

Get the chance to design and create your own unique piece and learn the basics of clay sculpture through making, modelling and glazing. 

All work will be fired in a kiln for collection at a later date. No experience needed—just bring an idea, creativity, and a willingness to get a messy!  

Free event. Places are limited; booking is required. 

**As this is a messy event, we recommend either bringing an apron/overall or wearing clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.

Venue:  Bettystown Library 

Date: 7th June 2025

Times: 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm for ages 11-14 years

              3:00 pm - 4:30 pm for age 15-18 years

Booking will open on this page on Friday, 23rd of May. 

Please note: This is a public event and a photographer will be present for many of the activities on June 7th. Attendees will be asked to register for each event and grant consent for photographs to be taken. If you would prefer not to have you or your child’s photograph taken, please make the photographer aware of this.
