Cruinniú na nÓg 2025 - Percussion Workshop

Saturday, 7th June from 2:50pm-3:30pm for ages 5-8 years & from 3:50pm-4:30pm for ages 8-12 years.

Explore Rhythm from Around the World.

Join us for a fun and interactive group percussion workshop. Discover the rhythms of West Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean as a skilled National Concert Hall facilitator guides you through different drumming traditions. No previous experience is required, and we provide all the instruments. 

It’s a fantastic opportunity for families to connect, learn, and make music together!

This workshop is for ages 5+ and their parents/guardians.

Free event. Places are limited; booking is required.

            3:50pm-4:30pm for ages 8-12 years.

Please note: This is a public event and a photographer will be present for many of the activities on June 7th. Attendees will be asked to register for each event and grant consent for photographs to be taken. If you would prefer not to have you or your child’s photograph taken, please make the photographer aware of this.
