These works have included energy upgrades to stock, with such works assisting in meeting Ireland’s commitments in relation to carbon emissions reductions and energy reduction targets  2020.

Eligible energy efficiency works carried out as part of our relet programme attracts funding to the Exchequer from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)- Operational Programme at a rate of 50%.
