NOTICE OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

CRECHE BUILDING AT THE BELFRY HOUSING DEVELOPMENT, TRIM

In accordance with the above regulations Meath County Council proposes to carry out the following development located at the former Creche building at The Belfry housing development, Athboy Road, Trim, Co. Meath:

This proposed development will comprise the conversion of the former crèche to 3 single storey residential units, including all site development works.

The proposed housing units will comprise;

2 no. 1 bed units

1 no. 2 bed unit

Full planning permission for the conversion of this crèche to single residential unit has been granted, ref TA171041.

The plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection at http://idocswebdpss.meathcoco.ie/iDocsWebDPSS/listFiles.aspx?catalog=pl… for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the offices of the Local Authority, from 28th May, 2018 to 26th June, 2018.

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made in writing to the Local Authority : Planning Department, Meath County Council, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath or emailed to planning@meathcoco.ie on or before 10th July, 2018.
